We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can create your return label here and send it back to us. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may return the item using your own shipping method. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
- Bevi Bags where the hygienic packaging of the drinking bladder + drinking tubes has been opened or removed. Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, such products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been broken, in accordance with EU consumer law (§ 18 FAGG). This applies even if only the drinking bladder was opened – in this case, the entire Bevi Bag set is excluded from return or refund. As noted clearly on the packaging: “Hygienic sealing. No return possible after opening.”
Refund Policy for Squad Bundle: 3 x Bevi Bag (Full Set)
The Squad Bundle offers a special discount that is only valid if all three Bevi Bags in the set are kept. If you choose to return one or two bags from the bundle, the standard individual price of €99.90 per bag will apply to the items you keep. The final refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, deducting the full-price value of the retained items from your original payment.
Refund Policy for discounted promotions or bundles (e.g., “2 for 1”)
If your purchase was made as part of a promotional offer or bundle involving multiple items (e.g., “2 for 1”), all items included in the promotion must be returned together and in unused condition in order to receive a full refund.
If only part of the promotional bundle is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the full original price of any item(s) you keep, as those will be treated as regular, non-discounted purchases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery — this includes Bevi Bags where the drinking bladder or hose has been opened.
Refunds
Normally, after a successful inspection, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection at the warehouse. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Wir haben eine 14-tägige Rückgabefrist, das bedeutet, Sie haben 14 Tage nach Erhalt Ihres Artikels Zeit, um eine Rückgabe anzufordern.
Um für eine Rückgabe berechtigt zu sein, muss sich Ihr Artikel in dem Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben: ungetragen oder unbenutzt, mit Etiketten und in der Originalverpackung. Sie benötigen außerdem den Kassenbeleg oder Kaufnachweis.
Um eine Rückgabe zu starten, können Sie hier Ihr Rücksendeetikett erstellen und die Ware an uns zurückschicken. Wenn Sie unser vorausbezahltes Rücksendeetikett nutzen, werden Ihnen 4,90 € von der Rückerstattung abgezogen. Alternativ können Sie den Artikel mit einer Versandmethode Ihrer Wahl zurücksenden. Die ursprünglichen Versandkosten, die beim Kauf gezahlt wurden, sind leider nicht erstattungsfähig.

Beschädigungen und Probleme
Bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung bei Erhalt sorgfältig und kontaktieren Sie uns sofort, wenn der Artikel defekt oder beschädigt ist oder wenn Sie einen falschen Artikel erhalten haben, damit wir das Problem prüfen und lösen können.
Ausnahmen / Nicht rückerstattbare Artikel
Wir können keine Rückgaben annehmen für Artikel, die geöffnet, benutzt oder nicht mehr im Originalzustand sind. Bevi Bags, bei denen die hygienische Verpackung der Trinkblase und der Trinkschläuche geöffnet oder entfernt wurde, können aus Gesundheits- und Hygienegründen nicht zurückgegeben oder erstattet werden, sobald die Verpackung geöffnet wurde. Dies entspricht den EU-Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen (§ 18 FAGG). Das gilt auch, wenn nur die Trinkblase geöffnet wurde – in diesem Fall ist das gesamte Bevi Bag Set von Rückgabe oder Erstattung ausgeschlossen. Auf der Verpackung steht deutlich: „Hygienische Versiegelung. Nach dem Öffnen keine Rückgabe möglich.“
Rückerstattungsrichtlinie für Squad Bundle: 3 x Bevi Bag (Komplettset)
Das Squad Bundle mit 3 Bevi Bags bietet einen speziellen Rabatt, der nur gilt, wenn alle drei Beutel behalten werden. Wenn Sie ein oder zwei Beutel zurückgeben, gilt für die behaltenen Artikel der reguläre Einzelpreis von 79,90 € pro Beutel. Die Rückerstattung wird entsprechend angepasst, indem der volle Einzelpreis der behaltenen Artikel von Ihrem ursprünglichen Kaufpreis abgezogen wird.
Rückerstattungsrichtlinie bei Rabattaktionen oder Bundles (z. B. „2 für 1“)
Wenn dein Kauf im Rahmen eines Aktionsangebots oder Bundles mit mehreren Artikeln erfolgt ist (z. B. „2 für 1“), müssen alle im Angebot enthaltenen Artikel gemeinsam und in unbenutztem Zustand zurückgesendet werden, um eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu erhalten.
Wenn nur ein Teil der Aktionsangebots oder des Bundles zurückgesendet wird, wird der Erstattungsbetrag angepasst, indem der ursprüngliche Vollpreis der behaltenen Artikel abgezogen wird, da diese als reguläre, nicht rabattierte Käufe behandelt werden.
Umtausch
Der schnellste Weg, um einen gewünschten Artikel zu erhalten, ist, den vorhandenen Artikel zurückzusenden und nach Annahme der Rückgabe eine neue Bestellung für den gewünschten Artikel aufzugeben.
14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht innerhalb der Europäischen Union
Unabhängig davon haben Sie beim Versand in die Europäische Union ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht, innerhalb dessen Sie Ihre Bestellung aus beliebigem Grund und ohne Angabe von Gründen stornieren oder zurückgeben können. Auch hier muss der Artikel ungetragen oder unbenutzt sein, mit Etiketten und Originalverpackung, und Sie benötigen den Kaufnachweis. Dieses Widerrufsrecht gilt jedoch nicht für versiegelte Waren, die aus Hygiene- oder Gesundheitsschutzgründen nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn das Siegel nach der Lieferung gebrochen wurde – dazu gehören Bevi Bags, bei denen Trinkblase oder Schlauch geöffnet wurden.
Rückerstattungen
Im Normalfall und nach erfolgreicher Prüfung erfolgt die Rückerstattung automatisch über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode innerhalb von 14 Werktagen nach Eingang und Prüfung im Lager. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es einige Zeit dauern kann, bis Ihre Bank oder Kreditkartenfirma die Rückerstattung bearbeitet und gutgeschrieben hat.
